Suquamish Evergreen Corporation (SEC) Agate Dreams is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily cannabis retail operations, lead staff, and ensure exemplary customer service. You will implement store policies, manage inventory, and coordinate payroll while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires 21+ years old with WA driver’s license and prior cannabis retail supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid State of Washington driver's license.
• Experience in cannabis retail including store product knowledge preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred; strong leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store operations and staff scheduling.
• Enforces store policies and security procedures; maintains regulatory compliance.
• Manages payroll processes and performance management.
• Trains staff on product knowledge, safety, and OSHA-related topics.
• Develops budgets, forecasts sales, and monitors pricing and margins.
• Ensures inventory integrity and fulfillment of inventory requirements.
• Reports on profit and loss, product margins, and cost controls.
