Suquamish Evergreen Corporation (SEC) Agate Dreams is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily cannabis retail operations, lead staff, and ensure exemplary customer service. You will implement store policies, manage inventory, and coordinate payroll while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires 21+ years old with WA driver’s license and prior cannabis retail supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid State of Washington driver's license.
• Experience in cannabis retail including store product knowledge preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred; strong leadership required.

Responsibilities

Other working conditions may include working alone, or in a busy retail venue with frequent interruptions. May have access to other management offices as needed to perform duties, as assigned.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. while standing, twisting, or bending. Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time. Must maintain a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
