Job summary

Suquamish Evergreen Corporation (SEC) is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide exceptional service in our cannabis retail store in Washington. You will assist guests, process transactions, and share product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions.

The role requires 21+ with a WA driver’s license, familiarity with cannabis products, and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and cost-awareness. This on-site position includes evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid Washington state Driver’s License.
• Experience and/or education in the cannabis industry including store product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Completes retail sales transactions (credit card and point of sale) in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Possesses a strong level of telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cannabis products and strains to include Sativa, Indica and Hybrids.
• Provides recommendations regarding appropriate usage and dosage based on method of consumption.
• Updates management regularly on customer buying patterns and interactions.
• Demonstrates an understanding of regulatory compliance and upholds all policies and procedures unique to the industry.
• Actively promotes spectacular customer service and aides in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Promotes a professional demeanor in all interactions and transactions.
• Responds to guest’s questions regarding flowers, strains, creams, oils, waxes, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, vape/e-pens.
