Evergreen Market in Washington state is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to own the intake process, maintain compliance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure merchandising reflects product quality across a single store location.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of retail sales and 1+ year of inventory management, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of inventory management experience.
• Solid working knowledge of cannabis products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full inventory lifecycle at a single store location, from receiving product through destruction.
• Conduct daily inventory audits and document adjustments.
• Process vendor payments accurately and on time via ACH.
• Manage product returns to maximize financial recovery and execute monthly destruction within targets.
• Maintain manifests, test results and required documentation using standardized scans.
• Oversee display case merchandising and ensure visual standards are met.
