Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams with talent development.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to give and receive feedback and adapt to change.
• Experience in store operations, including visual merchandising, financial management, and loss prevention.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance.
