High Profile Cannabis Shop in Missouri seeks a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining compliance and inventory control.

You will analyze KPIs, manage schedules, train staff on POS, loyalty programs, METRC, and safety protocol, and collaborate with HR on hiring and performance reviews. This role requires nights/weekends and the ability to obtain state licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in retail management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team and deliver sales results.
• Strong customer engagement skills and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of store performance with focus on sales growth and customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to drive weekly/monthly/annual targets.
• Collaborate with HR to interview, hire, and onboard staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Train employees on POS, loyalty programs, METRC, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with local/state laws and company policies.
