Mint Cannabis is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and deliver a positive guest experience. You will work with the Area Manager on inventory control, staff development, product knowledge, and data analytics to boost store performance.

You will lead up to 25+ team members, overseeing shifts, training, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with Michigan regulations. A background in cannabis retail and a passion for customer service will help you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Strong leadership background with large teams.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train up to 25+ team members.
• Improve sales month over month with marketing and procurement collaboration.
• Manage inventory to reduce shrinkage and aging inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan state inspections.
• Educate team on sales metrics.
• Reduce aging and expiring products.
