Job summary

The Assistant Store Manager at Jushi Holdings Inc. will lead daily cannabis retail operations, overseeing staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash handling and inventory control to ensure compliance and an excellent patient experience.

Reporting to the Dispensary Store Manager, you will build a high-performing team, manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (retail knowledge).
• Strong computer and technical skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cannabis retail operations.
• Staffing, training, scheduling, and performance development.
• Cash and inventory management; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising and vendor relationships.
• Process deliveries, build purchase orders, and manage records.
• Assist with store scheduling and end-of-month inventory counts.
