Job summary

Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer operating in Florida with multiple stores and a distribution presence. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, promoting product knowledge, and ensuring compliant operations at the point of sale.

You will greet customers, assist in-store and via phone or online orders, and uphold merchandising standards while contributing to a positive work environment and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of an offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented work environment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the in-store customer experience through product knowledge.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly manner; assist customers in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise; maintain cleanliness and proper signage.
