Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to promote a positive store environment and deliver outstanding service. You will greet customers, help with product knowledge, process orders, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role involves cash handling, operating the POS, stocking shelves, assisting over the phone and online orders, and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to workdays/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of receiving an offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in store through product knowledge.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and well-stocked store and upholds visual merchandising standards.
