Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a customer-service oriented store associate to promote a positive work environment and ensure policy compliance while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assist in-store and via phone or online orders, operate the POS, handle cash and end-of-day tasks, and contribute to inventory and merchandising to keep the store well-stocked and compliant.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store is preferred
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
• Must pass a level 2 background and fingerprints within 72 hours of offer letter

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store, on the phone, and with online orders
• Promote sales through engagement and product knowledge
• Operate the POS and handle cash and safe audits
• Assist with inventory reception and stocking
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and pricing
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well-stocked
• Uphold company policies and compliance standards
