Job summary

Eaze in Florida is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to promote a positive, service-oriented environment and ensure policy compliance while assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and with online orders.

You will use product knowledge to drive sales, handle the POS and cash handling duties, maintain visual merchandising, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail
• Reliable, punctual, dependable and trustworthy
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer letter

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented work environment in store
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
• Promote product knowledge to drive sales
• Promote proper POS operation, cash handling, safe audits and change drops
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly manner
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders
• Maintain visual merchandising and updated signage and pricing
• Assist with inventory, stocking merchandise, and general housekeeping
