Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented work environment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and product knowledge in store.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and processing online orders; upsell and share product knowledge to encourage sales.
• Operate POS, handle cash, perform safe audits and manage change drops.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization and visible signage; ensure accurate stock and merchandising.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner; uphold company policies and compliance standards.
