Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store preferred, but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience in store.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone and processing online orders.
• Promote sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Operate the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure signage and pricing are up to date.
• Support inventory including receiving and stocking merchandise.
