Job summary

Eaze in Florida is hiring a retail associate to support customer service, assist with in-store and phone orders, and promote product knowledge. You will handle POS transactions, cash handling, and ensure store compliance with policies. The role emphasizes a positive customer experience and upholding merchandising standards.

Applicants should have retail or hospitality experience, be reliable and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.
• Must pass a level 2 background and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer letter.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented store environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist customers in store, on the phone and online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement and product knowledge.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and update signage.
