Job summary

Eaze is seeking a frontline associate in Florida to promote a positive customer experience and ensure policy compliance. You will assist customers in-store and via phone or online orders, process sales through a POS, and contribute to a clean, well-stocked store.

Role requires a friendly, reliable team player with strong product knowledge and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment preferred.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, customer service oriented work environment and comply with policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
• Promote sales through product knowledge and engagement with customers.
• Promote proper use of POS, cash handling, safe audits and change drops.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders.
• Maintain signage, pricing, and marketing materials; keep store clean and stocked.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
