Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will greet guests, explain product options, and help each shopper find the right cannabis items while delivering top-tier service.

You will process transactions, build trust, and participate in rewards programs to boost loyalty. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and accuracy with cash handling.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build genuine connections, ask questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
• Enroll guests in rewards programs to encourage loyalty.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, follow procedures and regulations.
• Process transactions accurately, check IDs, and update customer profiles.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized from floor to backroom.
• Support inventory tasks and upsell to meet daily sales goals.
