Requirements include a high school diploma, 6+ months in customer-facing roles, and 6+ months of POS and cash-handling experience. You’ll join a team focused on accuracy, courtesy, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build connections, ask questions, and offer product advice.
• Resolve concerns professionally and drive customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards programs.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
• Check IDs, update profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Support inventory tasks and fulfill online orders.
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals through upselling.
