Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Greensburg, PA to be the face of the brand and deliver top-tier service. You will help customers explore cannabis products, upsell appropriately, and process transactions at the register.

You'll create a welcoming, informative, and engaging shopping experience, working with the team to meet daily goals, stay compliant, and continuously learn about products and promotions in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure a great experience.
• Offer personalized product advice and build trust with customers.
