Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required for employment consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store in the Manager or Assistant Manager's absence.
• Direct shift operations and delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure sales goals are met and adhere to all policies.
• Follow all local and state cannabis regulations and procedures.
• Perform POS duties and oversee front- and back-of-house functions.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and effective communication.
