Golden Grail Group is seeking a dependable Shift Lead for our Chalice dispensary in Tigard, OR. This on-site full-time role combines front-line service with leadership duties in a fast-paced, compliant cannabis retail environment.

You will guide daily operations, support the team, and ensure customer service excellence while upholding all regulations and company policies. The position offers growth in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store when the Manager or Assistant Manager is not present.
• Lead each shift by example.
• Remain flexible and assist at other store locations when needed.
• Delegate duties and assign tasks appropriately.
• Ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all local and state cannabis regulations are followed.
• Perform all POS duties.
• Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Office as necessary.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
