Job summary

Chalice dispensary in Oregon seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, cultivate a customer-first culture, and uphold OLCC and METRC compliance. You will direct sales execution, staff development, and inventory integrity, reporting to Retail Operations leadership.

The role is on-site, with responsibility for risk management, wage control, and profitability. The Store Manager will train and coach teams, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain strict adherence to policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years in progressive retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles with daily ops responsibility.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience with coaching and scheduling.
• Ability to lead through others and manage priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail in a regulated, cash-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispensary operations with clear customer service and sales goals.
• Build a warm, customer-first culture with education and service standards.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and retain staff in partnership with HR.
• Set performance expectations and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Manage employee schedules, labor deployment, and timekeeping.
