Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Las Vegas to be the face of our brand and provide expert product guidance to guests. You will create a welcoming, informative, and compliant shopping experience, helping guests choose products and building trust through knowledge and service.

This role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and at least 6 months in a customer-facing job; pay is $15/hour plus tips, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by guiding guests to rewards programs.
• Help maintain a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat store atmosphere.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations.
• Process transactions accurately and upsell to meet sales goals.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
