Job summary

Curaleaf Fort Myers is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand and assist customers with cannabis product selections. You will deliver top-tier service, answer questions, and help guests find the right products in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes welcoming, informative interactions, strong product knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Upsell and advise on products to meet customer needs.
• Process transactions accurately at the register.
