STIIIZY, INC. is hiring for a part-time Sales Associate to act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in-store, delivering excellent customer service and helping build a loyal customer base in the California cannabis market.

The role emphasizes cannabis product advisory, relationship-building, and meeting sales goals while handling cash and POS transactions. Open availability and weekend shifts are required; compensation starts at $20.50/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Hiring preference for open availability (ability to work all hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays).
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun) depending on workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences, budgets and strains.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and curate experiences for customers.
• Create authentic relationships and exceed customers' expectations with exceptional service.
• Drive store visit goals and increase returning customers; meet sales metrics.
• Pick and pack orders; operate POS system and handle cash transactions.
