STIIIZY in California is seeking part-time Sales Associates who will act as brand ambassadors in-store, delivering exceptional customer service and cannabis knowledge to build a loyal customer base. Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability preferred, ability to work all hours.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand as a knowledgeable ambassador inside and outside the store.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Drive sales goals and contribute to business metrics.
• Pick & pack orders and handle cash transactions at the POS.
• Provide exceptional service and build authentic customer relationships.
