STIIIZY, Inc. is seeking friendly, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our California cannabis retail team. You’ll be a brand ambassador who helps customers select products, shares cannabis knowledge, and delivers exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role starts as part-time with compensation at $19.50 per hour plus tips, plus benefits where applicable. You’ll contribute to sales goals, learn about our products, and support a collaborative team dedicated to a premier

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) as needed by store staffing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a professional, enthusiastic brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system.
• Pick & pack orders and contribute to sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and company policies.
