Job summary

STIIIZY, INC. is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in California to join our fast-growing cannabis retail team. You will be a brand ambassador inside the store, delivering excellent service and knowledge about our cannabis products to build loyalty and drive sales.

The role starts as part-time at $19.50/hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow as the company expands. You will support cash handling, order picking, and contribute to a positive customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability for all hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and curate experiences.
• Build authentic relationships and drive repeat visits.
• Handle cash and operate POS system accurately.
• Pick and pack orders and contribute to sales goals.
