STIIIZY in California is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand in its cannabis retail environment. You will be a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers select products that meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability.
• Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs.

• Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service.
• Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick & pack orders.
• Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily.
• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
• Abide by all company policies and programs.
• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations.
