STIIIZY is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in our California stores. You will engage customers, advise on cannabis products, and help with order fulfillment.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to build loyalty and meet sales goals. The position starts at $19.50 per hour plus tips and requires weekend availability, a 21+ age minimum, and the ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work part-time and meet company sales goals.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand as a knowledgeable ambassador in-store and during promotions.
• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs and budgets.
• Pick & pack online orders and process cash transactions through the POS.
• Contribute to sales goals and customer loyalty by delivering excellent service.
