Curaleaf in Wayne, PA seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver high‑quality customer service while guiding guests through cannabis product options. You will handle transactions, keep the store organized, and participate in promotions to drive sales in a fast-paced setting.

An emphasis is placed on strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing promotions and inventory tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position with open evening and weekend shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role with strong service focus.
• Minimum 6 months of POS experience and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and a team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide personalized product advice and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle purchases at the register and maintain balance with cash and transactions.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and compliant with procedures and regulations.
• Support inventory tasks and assist with online order fulfillment as needed.
