STIIIZY, Inc. in California is seeking friendly, sales‑oriented Sales Associates to represent the leading cannabis brand in our stores. You will greet customers, explain products, and help build a loyal clientele while upholding company standards and compliance.

This part‑time role starts at $19.50 per hour plus tips. You will work weekends and shifts as needed, participate in training, and enjoy employee discounts, paid holidays, and company events as part of a team focused on exceptional

Qualifications

• Age 21+ requirement.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability preferred and required for weekend shifts.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences, budgets.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and curate experiences for customers.
• Create authentic relationships to build a loyal customer base; provide exceptional service.
• Drive store visit goals and contribute to sales and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders and handle cash transactions using the POS system.
• Adhere to company training, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
