Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Jamestown, ND to welcome guests, discuss our cannabis products, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll greet customers, upsell products, process transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, compliant store while building trust and providing an exceptional guest experience, including weekends availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months in customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months experience with POS and cash handling.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced, compliant setting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.
• Good time management and organization.
• De-escalation skills and calm problem solving.
• Basic math and computer skills for transactions.
• Positive, proactive guest-focused mindset.
• Strong conflict resolution and composure under pressure.
