Job summary

GTI is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a retail cannabis setting. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers select products and consumption methods that fit their needs.

You will educate customers, assist with orders, keep the store stocked, and support daily operations while maintaining a compliant, safe environment for patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry regulations
• Must be 21+ and have valid ID or driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend regimens based on needs while staying up to date on product knowledge
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere
• Verify orders and assist management to ensure smooth store operations
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and inventory care
• Support front- and back-of-house tasks including POS, curbside and inventory counts
