Job summary

GTI operates a patient-forward dispensary in a retail environment, seeking a Personal Care Specialist. You will guide customers, explain products and usage, and tailor recommendations to individual needs while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

The role emphasizes excellent service, dependable attendance, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training supports product knowledge and HIPAA-adjacent privacy practices within a regulated setting.

Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience.
Must be 21 years or older.
Able to work mornings, days, nights and weekends.
Pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
Valid driver’s license or state ID.
Comply with all applicable cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
Recommend a safe regimen based on individual needs and knowledge of products.
Promote a positive, patient-focused work environment.
Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist store operations.
Maintain compliance with rules and regulations and ensure store appearance.
Assist in front/back of house duties and daily tasks as assigned.
