Deep Roots Harvest in Sparks, NV is seeking a Retail Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day cannabis retail operations as an on-duty host and operational lead in a high-volume environment. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete criminal background checks.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must obtain Nevada Marijuana Agent Registration Card and local work cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Verify customer eligibility and ID per Nevada cannabis laws before completing sales.
• Accurately operate the POS system and maintain transaction records.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and inventory data in required systems.
• Greet customers and answer calls professionally.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and floor organization.
• Open/close site and coordinate shift handoffs as assigned.
