You will ensure guests are tended to promptly, coach staff on sales metrics, and support inventory control and compliance during busy hours.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background for managing large teams.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or obtain) a Nevada Facility Agent Card.

Mansioni

• Daily tasks: Oversee shift operations and ensure guest flow and service quality.
• Leadership responsibilities: Guide 25+ team members on upselling, inventory tasks, and guest experience.
• Sales oversight: Coach and provide feedback to improve location metrics.
• Inventory control: Ensure proper scan-out of products to reduce shrinkage.
• Floor operations: Manage store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, POS and discount codes.
• Compliance: Understand Nevada compliance and participate in state inspections to reduce deficiencies.
