You will train teammates, manage cash, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible for Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedules including nights and weekends; cannabis knowledge optional.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer.
• Maintain knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends.
• Process transactions and handle cash per company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, security protocols, and policies.
• Support daily dispensary operations—cleanliness, organization, workflow.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members during daily operations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new employees.
• Support management in achieving store goals and a positive work environment.
