You will train teammates, manage cash, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, leadership in retail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and compliance across daily dispensary activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible for Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedules including nights and weekends; cannabis knowledge optional.

What You Will Do

• Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer
