Job summary

Sunrise is seeking a Retail Lead (Full-Time) to deliver education-driven customer experiences in a Missouri dispensary. You will maintain cannabis product knowledge, process transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support daily operations with strong leadership.

The role requires 21+ years old, eligibility for Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent ID, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds. Cannabis knowledge is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and eligible for Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent ID.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, education-driven experience for each customer.
• Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends.
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash per procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
• Support daily dispensary operations, including cleanliness, organization, and workflow.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members during daily operations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new employees.
• Support management in achieving store performance goals and maintaining a positive work environment.
