Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a friendly Retail Associate for Mission Dispensaries. You’ll greet guests, help navigate cannabis options, and ensure a positive, efficient shopping experience.

You’ll process purchases with POS, handle cash, stock inventory, and collaborate with the team to keep the store running smoothly. Previous retail or customer service is preferred; enthusiasm for cannabis knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Help customers navigate products and answer questions about cannabis options.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience.
• Process purchases using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Prepare and package orders for customers.
• Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment.
• Help receive, organize, and stock inventory deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized retail and storage spaces.
• Follow all company policies and state cannabis regulations.
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed during busy periods.
