Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage building maintenance and coordinate with corporate or district managers.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Ensure loss prevention and security policies are followed.
• Submit HR documentation when needed (employee paperwork, terminations, new hires).
• Ensure online orders and curbside operations run smoothly when applicable.
• Communicate policy changes to ASMs and staff; ensure proper relay of changes.
• Direct and monitor security personnel if applicable.
• Investigate and prevent asset loss with the loss prevention team.
• Assist with opening and closing checklists.
• Oversee CRA compliance and ensure store employees follow state rules.
• Monitor sales KPIs and coach staff using reporting tools.
• Drive promotions, loyalty programs, and app downloads in partnership with leadership.
• Maintain visual standards in line with company direction.
• Ensure cannabis consultants perform duties and provide sales-driven service.
• Foster community relationships to help drive business.
