Responsibilities

• Manage dispensary cashflow, staff, schedules, inventory, and customer relations.
• Lead by example and train staff on products, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with corporate retail to relay accurate information.
• Drive programs to meet objectives and store goals.
• Plan and delegate duties to assistant managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate daily/weekly goals to staff and hold team meetings.
• Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to corporate.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities per laws.
