Job summary

Cannabis & Glass in Spokane is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive financial reporting, compliance, and team development across multiple locations in the region.

You will mentor managers, manage scheduling, inventory, visual merchandising, and safety while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-functional retail management with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory systems and financial reporting.
• High integrity, motivation, adaptability and sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle confidential information and pass a background check.
• Retail, sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Not required to have cannabis industry background, but consumer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and associates to exceed goals.
• Oversee scheduling, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
• Champion accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach Assistant GMs for future leadership roles.
• Collaborate with corporate and cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
