Story Cannabis in Dublin, OH is seeking a Retail Associate to greet customers, guide product selections, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will leverage product knowledge and a passion for helping people find what fits their needs.

This role blends customer service with education and operational precision, including nightly inventory and POS transactions. Must be at least 21 and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Marijuana knowledge is a bonus.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Can legally work in the United States — all documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering the retail store with compassion and professionalism.
• Enter customer information into our database systems to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Completes all sales and job duties per company SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service through elevated standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Handle cash and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Operate cash register and POS system; stock and organize store.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all retail store products.
• Work as part of a team to ensure sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
