Story Cannabis in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Retail Associate to greet customers, guide product selections, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

You will contribute brand storytelling, enter customer data, handle cash and POS transactions, stock shelves, and support nightly inventory while upholding company SOPs.

Prior customer service is preferred; must be 21+, able to work in the United States, and commit to a reliable schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Legal work in the United States with valid ID or passport.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with compassion and professionalism.
• Enter customer information into database systems to verify eligibility for purchase.
• Complete all sales and duties per SOP.
• Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge.
• Handle cash and debit transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Conduct nightly inventory counts.
