The Cannabist Company in Ohio seeks a Retail Associate to deliver an exceptional, customer-focused shopping experience from check-in to check-out. You will drive sales by sharing product knowledge, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle cash and POS, verify IDs, assist with inventory and store cleanliness, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is required.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and maintain a positive work environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating cannabis product knowledge and guiding customers.
• Performing retail tasks including customer intake, sales, inventory, and POS transactions.
• Checking IDs, updating profiles, and completing sales accurately.
• Assisting with opening/closing, staying clean, organized, and stocked.
• Following SOPs, compliance regulations, and internal processes.
• Other duties as needed to support store and team success.
