Green Thumb is hiring a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in a friendly, informative retail setting. You will educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety while supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a schedule with varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Reliable, responsible attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks for cannabis employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist management in store operations.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and compliance with cannabis regulations.
