Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a leadership position in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis related industries.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability in people management and culture building.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Demonstrated experience in cash and inventory management.
• Microsoft Suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training and development and assist in hiring and team management.
• Conduct employee reviews, build staff schedules, and assist payroll goals.
• Be a cultural leader and set standards for the team.
• Support GM in revenue and sales goals and customer relations.
• Communicate promotions and business expectations daily to staff.
• Develop customer service culture and manage customer relations.
• Oversee inventory processes and reconciliation to prevent loss.
• Manage daily store opening/closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Ensure store upkeep, housekeeping, and maintenance communication.
• Lead visual merchandising and guide the customer journey.
• Communicate calendars for promotions and events with teams.
• Support loyalty programs and customer experience initiatives.
