Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of a dispensary’s operations in Missouri. You will drive sales, lead staff development, manage payroll, and ensure strict regulatory compliance across daily activities.

You will oversee inventory, POS, and customer experience programs, building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, service or cannabis.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training, hiring, payroll, and schedule management to support store goals.
• Communicate sales goals and KPI targets to staff and drive performance.
• Oversee inventory processes, POS operations, and compliance with METRC.
• Champion customer experience and implement the Good Day Way in all interactions.
